Where’s my package?

We fulfill orders same-day (within 24 hours). We're quick with it. Your tracking link will update as soon as your package is scanned in by USPS. Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email.

 

Where's my order confirmation?

Did you use a different email than your primary? Did you use an automated checkout (like PayPal or Apple Pay) registered to a different email? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you just fat-fingered and spelled something wrong, don't sweat it. If you still can't find it, please email support@ruckuscompany.com and we'll take care of you.

 

Wrong items delivered or missing item?

It's rare, but sometimes shit happens. We're not perfect, but we are sorry. If we sent you the wrong items or forgot to put items in your order, please email support@ruckuscompany.com with pictures of the packing slip and items. We'll get you sorted out ASAP.

 

Did you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout?

If you fat-fingered your shipping address, don't worry, but be quick! We fulfill orders within 24 hours. Email us with the subject line "Your order number, update shipping address". Include your correct address in the body of your email and we'll help you out. support@ruckuscompany.com

 

Tracking number says my package was delivered?

Sometimes USPS will scan it in early. It's not often, but it happens. We've found that a lot of the time, a customer's package will show up later that day. Sometimes it will be delivered to a neighbor by accident or an odd spot of your building.

If this isn't the case and your tracking number shows “delivered” to your address, but you never received your package, we ask for you to file a “lost” package claim with the carrier, USPS or UPS. It's unfortunate, but once it's out of our hands and with USPS, it's on them. Don't worry though, it's a fairly quick and easy process most of the time.
