Exchanges Only
Ruckus offers hassle-free exchanges only. All sales are final. Any item you want to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it to Ruckus as well as additional shipping fees. You can exchange merchandise for any item(s) of equal value. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund.
Inquiries for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. Exchanges will be processed within approximately 3 business days after we receive the exchanged item.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s)
- Email the picture and order number to support@ruckuscompany.com
- Further instructions will be given through email
If you have received your item and would like to exchange:
- Email support@ruckuscompany.com with your order number and reason for exchange
- Further instructions will be given through email
Coupon Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout
- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
- Only one code can be used per purchase
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
