We kindly ask you to allow 1-3 business days to fulfill all orders for shipment during regular business waves and 3-5 business days to fulfill all orders during the final week leading up to the Giveaway Deadline, from the time/day your order is placed.
*Please keep in mind that the fulfillment time we request does not include the delivery timeline of USPS. While these are just estimates, we always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Package Delivered But Not Received:
If your order shows that it was delivered but you did not receive it: Please double-check with your neighbors, your mailbox, with any reception/front desk, and your local post office. Unfortunately it's common for USPS orders to be delivered as much as 3 days after the item is initially scanned as delivered.
- If you have looked in all of these places and still have not received the parcel, please email support@RuckusCompany.com so our team can work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible! If you have looked everywhere and it is not in the locations above, then we can file a missing parcel investigation. Once we file a missing parcel investigation, the carrier service will attempt to locate the parcel via GPS scans. This process can take up to 7-8 business days to complete.
After filing a missing parcel investigation, it is out of our hands.
*Ruckus Company is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. We will assist in beginning investigations/claims if you are concerned your package may have been lost by the shipping company.
*Ruckus Company is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.
- Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Single item orders under $30 may not contain a tracking number.
- When the carrier receives your package and scans it, your tracking info will be updated. (Please allow up to 48 hours)
- If you need an address correction please email support@RuckusCompany.com as soon as you can to ensure we have time to correct it before your order is sent out.
Order Returned to Sender:
- If your package is unable to reach its final destination for reasons such as an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, etc. it will be returned to Ruckus Company. When the package has arrived back at our warehouse, Customer Support will email you to let you know we have received it and ask for an address update.
- Once the address is updated your order will be reprocessed and you will receive a new tracking number.
- Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
- All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
